Longevity Plan


Many people think about their fitness at the turn of the new year. Something about those resolutions makes people aspire to improve themselves, even if they have been neglecting their health and fitness for months or even years prior. We support people’s aspirations to get healthy, but it’s a year round commitment that’s just as important as grocery shopping or taking out the garbage.
